AntarChit is a spiritual-wellness app offering guided meditations, daily wisdom, breathing exercises, AI-generated reflections, and access to selected sacred texts. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (generally 13 in the United States and 16 in most of the European Union). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

You may use AntarChit as a guest, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your linked account and for all activity that occurs under it. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the app.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, defame, or harm others.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, threatening, or that violates anyone's rights.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the app's security or rate-limiting features.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to interact with the app or its servers.
• Use the app in a manner that violates any export-control, sanctions, or other laws applicable to you.

Several features in AntarChit use third-party artificial intelligence services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI DALL-E, ElevenLabs) to generate text, images, or audio. AI systems can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected output ("hallucinations"). AI-generated content is offered for reflection and inspiration only and is NOT a substitute for professional mental-health, medical, religious, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. You should independently verify any claims or recommendations before relying on them. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy or appropriateness of AI output.

AntarChit is a wellness app — not a medical device, therapist, counsellor, or substitute for professional care. Nothing in the app constitutes the practice of medicine, psychology, psychiatry, or other licensed professions. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or in a mental-health emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately or a qualified mental-health professional. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). In the UK, call Samaritans on 116 123.

When you submit content to the app (questions, intentions, dedications, mood selections), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process that content solely to deliver the requested feature. You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell your content to third parties.

The app design, code, original artwork, audio production, and curated content are owned by the AntarChit team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Scripture excerpts are reproduced from public-domain sources. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works of the app's proprietary assets without our prior written permission. AntarChit and "Go Within" are trademarks of the AntarChit team.

If you obtained AntarChit through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA with respect to the iOS version of the app, Apple's EULA controls. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntarChit and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero) or (b) USD 10. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AntarChit and its creators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the app, or your infringement of any third-party right.

You may stop using AntarChit at any time and delete your account from Soul → About → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the AntarChit team is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a substantive change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the app.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, governmental action, network failures, third-party service outages, or labour disputes.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and supersede any prior agreements.
